Chef Laurent has accepted a full-time teaching position and must close the website for a period of time. He would like to thank his regular supporters, and hopes to provide you once again with sweet delights sometime in the future.

The originality and creativity seen in his dessert curried favor among the judges, decidedly winning him the first place slot."
